Just installed a glow shift 52mm boost gauge in the vent pod. Problem is that how do you get the gauge to glow with out having the headlights one?
Also, with the key in the "on" position, I hear a clicking and humming noise coming from the engine bay. It goes away once I remove the key or have it in the accessory position.
With the gauge wired up, I still get the clicking and humming noise when I even remove the key. Is any of this normal?
Glow shift comes with 4 wires:
Black - ground
purple - ignition
orange - ignition
yellow - constant
I hooked the purple and orange together into fuse 46. Yellow wire into fuse 38.
