boost controller install

I've searched this forum as well as others and google, and found nothing...there are plenty of people running MBC on their speed 3/6 but i can't find anywhere how to install one. Why the heck are there 2 nipples on the WGA and should i bypass/remove the solenoid? If so, where do i tap for boost source...bpv? Can anyone tell me how to hook it up (or at least give me a good reason why there is no how-to on this anywhere)?

from what i understand (im stealing someone else's pic here) -
the actuator has 2 nipples on it - 1 goes into the turbo actuator to actual wastegate - the 2nd goes into the solenoid - the solenoid is hooked up to the intake - the ecu tells the solenoid to bleed off pressure from the inlet to the wg actuator accordingly to control boost -
so if you were doing a mbc - you would be taking the place of the the solenoid -
pull off the line running from the intake inlet pipe at the solenoid that goes on 1 side of the mbc and pull off the line going from solenoid to actuator - that goes on the side of the mbc marked to the wg - does this make sense?
mbc is nothing but a valve - and you are going to control the pressure going from inlet pipe to wg actuator

so you're saying just have the mbc directly replace the solenoid altogether using the same lines...is it gonna throw any codes or cause sh*t once the ecu doesn't see any boost at the solenoid? And so i leave both nipples at the actuator plugged up?
Also on another note...wouldn't tapping the line between manifold and bpv be a more reliable boost source than the intake nipple? I guess that means i gotta pack up my previous experience/knowledge with DSM's when it comes to my new zoom zoom haha lovin it so far tho

to be honest - i've been around when changing from one turbo to the next and got to see how the solenoid - factory boost control/bleed system works - but i have never actually put a mbc on the car - my buddy has and this what he says he did -
I took the boost signal from the cast piece of aluminum that connects the stock top mount to the throttle body. I had to drill and tap a fitting, run 5/32" tubing from that port to the bottom port on the waste gate. Then block off the nipple that came from the turbo housing, and block off the nipple that goes from the w/g actuator to the solenoid.
i know you get full boost off the vac line coming from the bpv - because i use a boost gauge there - so it seems like that would work instead of this welding into the cold pipe he's talking about -

i'm on 3 other forums, that's where i found the info and you aren't allowed to post links to other forums
