BlueBatmobile's Yellow P5 foglight overlays!

mazdasports should have pics of yellow, amber, and smoke this weekend. keep an eye on this thread for further developments. also, once i have the money, i'll swap blue ones on there just for kicks for a few days. batmobile, am i getting your sponsorship yet? hahahaha.

do you think you could make the overlay for the back just in red horizontal stripes with alternating clear stripes? I'm not really digging the single colour non red circle that you offer...
what i'm talking about is a look kinda like the Mercedez or jetta look... they can't completely cover the clear lense for the reverse light but thin red strips seem to make it look more uniform...

hey batmobile, i'll get you pics of all three cars on friday or saturday... white car with smoke overlays, midnight blue car with yellow overlays, and a spicy orange car with amber overlays. we'll try to post soon after we shoot. it'll be a nice little comparison shot of your product.

Hey bat

How about a complete smoked taillight overlay for the P5? Similar to what you have for the Matrix.

Agreed, I have to do something with these huge red things in the back of my car... I almost bought some black altezzas last night it got so bad. Truc talked me out of it in favor of the overlays though.

i like the smoked tail lights idea too.. it'd save me from buying some black altezzas also.. because that's what's gonna happen if i don't do something! (nervous)

Are there any problems with the fit due the slight curvature of the foglight? I've tried just throwing on some tint on the lamp but because of the curve, the vinyl doesn't lay flat and leaves creases. If your system is better, I would look into getting a pair. Also..how good does it stick to the lamp?

mine are pretty well stuck on there. and yes my first one creased but after i took my time and used more heat on the second one, i got it on with absolutely no creases at all. i'm going to take a heat gun to the first one and see if i can't iron out those creases.
