Today is my wife's birthday, so we went and got inked. spent about 4.5 hours in the shop. 2 hours for my wife, an 1&1/2 for me, and an hour or so of bullshiting. I forgot my camera, but we'll post some pics later. Time for a beer and a nap.

My wife wanted to do something big. She gets at least 1 new tat a year. She went hardkore this year and had it centered on her back, lots of ribs and spin. It's an expression of her maturity, forgiveness etc. she made brownies(regular) for everyone, and it was a good time. This is her 4th piece.

Mine was the back of my right calf. The raven, which is the cast of my tribe that my wife was married into. The artist did all the red parts free hand. This is his 2nd atempt at this style of tribal art. This is my 6th.

Our friend Jenn also got some ink done, and another piercing. didn't have the camera, so no pics, but her's came out ok too.

Both pieces were done by Darrin @ Wildside Tattoos in Plainville. Lots of Death metal and hoes. lots and lots of hoes all day long.

Greg; we went to Wildside in Plainville CT. We have a while before we're caught up to you and your wife, but Jess is already talking about what she wants to get next. I'm thinking about turning my left arm piece into a half sleeve of more tribal art. Jess just wants to get another one, hasn't figured out what yet.
