as for he got what he deserved? 4 years in prison, that will be he will be released in 1.5 years... What he really deserves is a: broken eye socket and nose, a concussion and a chipped tooth. times2. Same to the girlfriend.

I was watching this yesterday. couldn't watch it all the way though my blood was boiling soo much. doesn't help that my sideview mirror just got smashed too(cant wait till I find him, here is thread: http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99742), I was already in a pissy mood. I would have beat the piss out of him, even though he's as big as a house, one good roundhouse while he was turned away, or a nice punch to the throat if he was facing me. So I went into this video with my spirits high...Now I am pissed...Situations such as this call for a swift jab to the balls, and a knee to the face once or thrice...300lbs?...big ******' deal, he would still be squeeling like a girl...I have witnessed it...and hopefully after seeing this video, no one feels like the fat ass "didn't deserve" a fist in the balls...a fist in the balls from a bystander, probably would have prevented some inmates balls from slapping off the fat guys ass in days to come...which is somewhat inevitable now...

4 years is a little too relaxed 8 years with the option of parole in 4 would be a little better to me. The guy obviously had no feelings at all and his girlfriend needs to have the same exact sentence.

I've stepped into fights such as this one sometimes I was helpful other times I just got my ass whupped. It sucks jumping in fights because you look for an opening take it and then all of a sudden BAM your hit its not like your "technically" in the fight ya know...your adrenaline and stuff isn't pumping its weird.

I'm not a huge fighter but like a lot of people on here I've had my fair share of growing pains. My biggest concern now and days would be with weapons, a few of you already declared that you have firearms, I'd be afraid to jump in due to the fact that the "beatee" could get away get his gun and fire into the fight (me and the guy).

I can't say I would jump in 100% but I'd like to think I'd do something ranging from calling the cops to just trying to help the guy out after the big guy left. I dunno makes me sick.

haha...funny you should mention the hand-gun issue...I just bought a S&W 500...but i will never get a carrying permit for this exact reason... I never want to fire it at someone else...and I don't want some fat ass to grab it and shoot me with it...a .50 cal magnum round, that makes a deagle look like a little girl...to the face...would ruin my day...

My dad owns a couple hand-guns...and swears that its always a good idea just to have it locked, yet in your home...he has done that since he was 18...so we split the price on it...only shoot it at old furniture and washing machines and s***...not people...that wouldn't be funny...hell even if someone was ******* me up as bad as that fat guy, I don't know that I could pull it on him...I'd rather him get balls slapped off his ass in prison...than be dead...

What they should do with this guy is put him in the ring with a few UFC champs and have him try to fight them. The sad part is that the guy on the phone got punched when he wasn't even looking at the big guy, he was looking at the ghetto housewi-zife. One of the cooks should of come from the back with a big ass knife and told the big guy to stop whooping dudes ass. Did the big guy snatch the other guys cell phone at the end? he picked something up and i know the white guy slammed his phone down at the beginning.

EDIT/UPDATE: Here is what i found...

She also said she felt the matter was put behind her last August when she agreed to a plea bargain with Akron city prosecutors. Sims agreed to serve six months in jail after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.

In October, however, county prosecutors brought a felonious assault indictment against her. She is scheduled for trial March 14 and faces two to eight years in prison, if convicted.

Prosecutors are expected to argue that in essence, Sims used Jones as a deadly weapon in order to cause serious physical harm to Scarpino.

``I would like to apologize... to Joseph. I didn't expect that to happen,'' she said. ``Every day I think about this incident. It hurts me and I know it affected (Scarpino).''

fuk that lady, she knew what was gonna happen. First off, you start slapping and punching a guy in the face while he's on his cell phone, next you got a 300+ pound guy backing you up for your stupid actions while still shouting and s***.
What would have happened if the table was turned. A white chick and white guy walk into a pizza joint filled with black dudes, the white chick slaps and punches the black guy on the phone, then a 300+ pound white guy start mopping this small yet chunky black dude. Raise your hand if you think all the other black guys would stand there and act like nothing was happening. I feel bad for scarpino and saddened by the lack of action from the outlookers.
