Has anyone bought these for the msp? Are they better than the stockers? Can you up one size without rub?

you COULD get a 7" wide 225, but it'd rub a bit
i safely have, with no rubbing, a 215/40/17

get some 15" rims like mine, no rub problems :D, im thinkin about goin with a wider tire, using 225s right now.

I just bought some for my P5. I'll let you know how they handle Hwy9 in a couple weeks. :)

just remember that too wide a tire on a rim will hurt your handling response because the tire will rull under due to the sidewall being at a bad angle.

So you have them? How are they? I was trying to decide between those and the goodyear f1 g3.

nah, he has Dunlop FM901's... but in that size, on a +40 offset 7" wide wheel

I had these on my msp. I like them alot they gripped really good but for the price I dont know. There definetly better then stock though.

Yoko Parada SpecII: I really liked 'em. They got a little noisy toward the end, but as long as you rotate them regularly, they'll last a good 20K+ of hard driving. They raised my eyebrows at the track...plenty of grip, and they never got too greasy. (thumb)

Azeni Sport: Ultra grip, but they get greasy once they heat up too much, and they wore out in about 10K

I was about to get another set of Parada SpecIIs, but the Goodrich's were about the same price and I've heard good things about them. They're supposedly really nice in the rain, and it's November, so i figured I may as well give 'em a try.

toyo proxes 4's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like mine a lot.
I can vouch for the Proxe 4's. My buddy has some on his RSX and they made a HUGE difference. Very sticky and still a decent wear rating.

Well... I just bought the BFGoodrich Gforce T/A kdw2. They will get there on Wed and install it. For all 4 tires, mounted/balanced/roadhazard, it came to $713. I'll update here on how they perform!
