rofl Dana, wtf are you gonna do with 4 more lbs of poly??!?!?!? make a salad? (peep)
Yes. And then I'm going to toss the said salad.

4lbs of poly = 4 mounts.

Who wants to take bets that i can swap it out in under an hour?
ANYONE?
We will see soon!
Matt

I am sure i will be cussing like a sailor though!
(rofl)

unless your arms are the size of tooth picks, or you have your engine/intake mani out. I dont think it is possible.

cussing, blood, scratches on arms are all included with the rear mount.

Sweet. I'm getting the poly in tomorrow (Monday), so I should have them done on Tuesday (poly takes awhile to cure), which has them in the mail on Weds.

In the meantime, make sure you have over 2' of extensions for a 1/2" socket wrench...a 1/2" socket wrench, some 17(?)mm shallow AND deep sockets, and a 1/2" swivel peice.

What's the word on these? Please get in touch with me as soon as you possibly can. Thanks!

HOUR MY A$$!
You guys were right...but the hardest part is getting the wiring harness out of the way to access the mount bolts.
Its in and I like it.Still a little on the soft side if you ask me but definately an improvement.I think you might need to step up to some 70 POLY IMO.The 60 gives little to no vibration from what i can tell, and i even have the Kartboy front inserts in as well.I have very little drivetrain slop compared to when I was on all stock mounts.
Took Nearly 2.5-3 hrs to get this thing out, modded, and back into place.Oh yeah,a lot of cussing and busted knuckles were involved.

Cool! Anytime in under 3 hours is fast to me. IM me next time you're online.

Side note: I originally intended to use 70A, but I couldn't find the right poly in 70A. If I come across some, I wouldn't mind experimenting with it, but to me, the 60A is still plenty hard. Keep in mind, you're also coming form hard ass AWRs, so anything else is gonna feel softer. Glad you like 'em! (headbang)

More pics of the prototypes.

Looking good!

70A would probably be nice, but I think for the daily driver and the person who rarely does hard launces the 60A should be plenty stiff and rip free!

Any more available? I'm in need of rear inserts bad. My filled stock mount has cracked around the filled polyurethane and is very loose again  I can do the install in about 30mins or less :)

NO NO!
I had the original stock mount in the rear and the Kartboy inserts in the stock front mount...I have never had the AWR's....If you can find the 70A in the right stuff ,I am down to try it out...I will buy one from you and sell the 60A one off to someone if I like t 70A.I think the 70 would be perfect.
Matt
You need to make front ones like this as well.

30 mins or less? Sheeit. You can make some good money doing installs for people if you're that good.

Yeah, i thought about filling the stockers, but I knew it'd be a waste of time and that they'd come loose.

But yeah, sets will always be available provided they turn out well. I think I'm shipping my final "beta" set tomorrow...so I'm going to wait a few days, check up on things, and then actually release them so that anyone can buy them at any time. The final product will cost $65 shipped via US mail to anywhere in the US.

Make me a set of 70's....I wanna try those out!

I need it a likttle more stiff...I do some hella launch's!

Ooh, my bad, I thought you used to have AWRs.

The closest I could get to 70A would be 80A.

But theoretically, I could mix 80A and 60A together and get 70A. But I have to wait until I get another mold made or else I'll have too much poly and have to waste some of it.
