The driver's side is easiest on our cars because of the location of the battery. Speaker wire should be alright next to the power wire although someone mentioned in another thread that they were picking up noise from the fuse box which is in the driver's side kickpanel (something to check if you get noise). Your RCAs or low-level signal should go down the passenger side to avoid both of these things.
