Best Canadian bassed movie

Are you asking about movies made by Canadians, filmed in or out of Canada and the setting of the movie is in Canada, filmed in Canada but the setting of the movie is elsewhere, or that the focus in on Canada?
Canadian Bacon isn't actually a Canadian movie (what I mean is it's not Canadian-made). Neither is South Park. That why I asked the above question. It's a good movie nevertheless.
Anyways, here are some of my favorite Canadian-made movies:
First, the french ones: Les Boys, Elvis Gratton, La Florida, La Guerre des Tuques
Now, the english ones: The Art of War, Brain Candy, Cube, Duct Tape Forever, Jason X, Joan of Arc, Johnny Mnemonic, Men With Brooms, Porky's, Robocop, Ski School, Strange Brew, Treed Murray.
There are tons of movies that were filmed in Canada but are American-made and the setting of the movie is in the elsewhere. For example, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and X-Men 2. Other movies are filmed in Canada and the setting is in Canada. For example, Grey Owl, and The Score. I won't list them though because there are so many.
