the stock mounts are painted black steel with black rubber inserts which have holes in them. thats why they suck. theres two mounts supporting your engine, one in the front, one in the rear. more than likely youre looking at the one in the front and yours is certainly aftermarket... i assume the insert is whats red.
if its painted black with a red insert, its the old MM mount. if its painted silver with a big M in it, its the new MM mount. machined aluminum is SU, yellowish steel is AWR. i think they also have ones that are painted silver, but theres no M in those.
