Beltronics radar ?'s

I have a question on the beltronics Rx75 plus series. Its the custom installed radar detector with laser blocking feature. Has anyone actually had this installed. I just want feedback before i purchase it. How is this system, is it effective. Here is the link just in case someones interested.

I used to sell them for a retail business I used to work for. Radar detectors are nice but there is not really a single one Id recommend just bc its up to the driver to prevent tickets. The radar systems may say thinks like, "prevent laser locking" and "complete VG-2 band immunity" they do not prevent tickets. Ive tested the Phazer which is the company that states there system prevents any possible laser lock, and that they pay the ticket if you receive one. Well at my job we were able to get a ticket from Springdale Police Dept. in Cincinnati, Ohio tagged by laser. However the Phazer Corp. did pay for our ticket the product did not do its job. In my mind all radar systems are is a warning system. After the warning its left up to the driver whether he/she receives a ticket.
