Bc racing coilovers

Well, at ~$1200 shipped, it's definitely cheaper than ordering from Japan, but regular springs are like $260. Adjustable shocks aren't something I would really use.

i've never been impressed by bc's dampening... their pillowball mounts and camber plates are nice, springs are fine, but the dampening isn't that great...

with that said it's a cheap way to get low - which is what most people who buy their stuff buy it for...

The compression and rebound damping are not adjustable independently which I would want if I were to upgrade. But I wouldn't bother until the OEM dampers start to lose their damping as they are well set up from the factory. If anything the OEM damping and spring rates are slightly firm for the average American driver. But I like a slightly firmer ride and find them the perfect compromise between smooth and non-jarring while still feeling firm and controlled for sporting the twisties. I wonder how the spring rates of the OEM springs compare to the BC's. I can't find the specs for the OEM spring rates.
