BC Coilover adjustment help! Seriously out of whack!

Okay, before I get flamed I have searched and found nothing.

My front driver's side coilover sits about 3/8ths of an inch taller then my front passenger's side coilover. Both coilovers are "bottomed" out.

take it to an alignment shop with coilovers experience buddy...

I am confused? How will adjusting the toe or camber lower the vehicle? I am not sure if the caster can be adjusted but I doubt it. Either way I don't think an alignment will fix this. My theory is that the spring preload was screwed up from BC which would keep the coilover to thread down as far as it could normally. The best part is BC Racing won't answer their phone. Any ideas anybody else?

take them out and pre-load them again
