BAD news guys...I wrecked REALLY bad...

UPDATE: I just got back from the parking lot with my buddy's pick up. We went to get the bike.
Front Fork: No damage
Frame: A couple of scratches
Subframe: No damage
Front fairing: You can see where the left corner smashed her truck, when I tried to go into the shoulder to avoid her
Left fairings: No damage
Right Fairings: All scratched up from sliding on it's side, and frame slider just a small nub now. It apparently hit the left side on the bumper, and fell down on it's right side.
Gas tank: Sratched and dented

My friend said it was obvious that I wasn't speeding, or it would have been alot worse. My left leg caught the bad part. From how it looks, the bike hit her bumper, and slid underneath, and yes all of the dents on her tail gate are from me flying into it. I was told that had I not reacted the way I did, I might have died, by hitting her side and getting run over. However, by saving my own life, and trying to avoid a collision, I hit the back of her, and am apparently at fault.

Progressive Insurance was there, and said that the police report claimed over 100 feet of skid marks, and they couldn't find any. She said this is a good thing for me, because it shows I wasn't going fast, and that she didn't even give me enough room to lock up my wheels with the brakes.

Going to the Attorney tomorrow.

i hope you win, shaolin. somehow, you have to get that girl to admit guilt and get all the evidence proving that you were not being reckless. this really sucks.

Prayers to you bro...I vow to never buy a mercedes!!! BASTARDS!!! It's always those mercedes drivers pissing me off on the road.

Good luck to you. I hope things go better for you... And that sucks that they wanna peg it on you. You're in my prayers.

I don't know NV laws but check into, "Fail to yield from private drive"and Impeding traffic. See what the books say. You should be able to get a copy of the traffic laws from the public library.

Don't let this get you down get back on the bike and ride.

When I hit the deer on My Ninja I rode the wreck home some 11 miles in 6th gear at 25 MPH with bent forks, bent bars, nothing left of my fairings and my blood and the deer's blood, fur and guts all over me and the bike.

Crashin' sucks but ride on.
