awr header installed

I just got home from installing the header at a friends house tonight and i am very pleased. I now have no restriction on my exhaust, with no second cat, or resonators. and now with the header i have no first cat. My car sounds real aggresive. Nearly everyone i passed looked. As far as power increases, i have noticed a difference. I will get the dyno results next friday at the michigan meet. Oh yea, and i was just curious, for anyone who also has installed this header, i am curious if you have thrown a CEL also?? I was driving for about an hours and then it appeared, i figured it was because of the first cat being gone and what not.

The header threw a cel after a couple of days of daily driving, if you ever throw a cel the fis is easy. Just go to ponyexpress.com and buy a mil eliminator the install is easy and i have not had a problem with the check engine light since.

did you lose a lot of low end power or did you only notice gains all around?

gains all around were noticed. It cost me 500 to get it to my door, install was free because me and a buddy did it. Only thing that i ran into a problem with was connecting the header to the rest of the exhaust, the two holes had trouble lining up. Pics are not going to be available yet. Pdhaudio, you will be getting to see it next week anyway's so we can get pics then.
