Auxillary audio into my MS6?

Hey,
Just got my new 2006 MS6. The first thing I want to do is get a couple of different audio sources in there. I have a 30GB Ipod and just got a Palm Pre cell phone. The pre can serve as an 8GB mp3 player, but also has access to pandora and other streaming radio over 3G, and also serves as a turn by turn GPS device. As far as I know the only way to get audio out of the Pre is a 1/8" aux or Bluetooth.

I would like to have a way to hook up both of these devices. A generic aux in would be able to handle both, but for the ipod I figure I might as well get an actual dongle connection for charging. That would also provide headunit and steering wheel control.

So basically I am looking for a way to get an ipod dongle hookup, and an 1/8" aux in. I like the Xcarlink (audiolink) as I understand that it has both these hookup options. The only thing I don't like is that you have to unplug one device in order to use the other. Not a huge deal, but if it could be done where both remain plugged in at all times and sources switched on the HU that would be best.

So, I was thinking i could use the GROM audio ipod connector for ipod and then get something like the auxmod aux in for the Pre. Am I correct that both these options connect to a different spot on the back of the stock radio? Or anyone have any other suggestions on how best to accomplish this.

Oh, and I am also trying to figure out some mounting options for both of these devices. Any help with that would be appreciated as well.
Thanks,
John
