aux input jack replacement

I broke the tip of phono plug that was plugged into aux input jack on center console of my 2006 Mazda3. The small pice is still inside the plug hole.
I was able to remove center console and unclip jack receptacle but could not unplug white cable to remove the plug. Any trick to removing this harnes?
I squeeded thes sides and pulled but it woul dnot let loose.

I hope once i can remove it I can somehow get broken peice out or just buy new jack adapter.

'06 models don't have the input in the console...... at least in the US.

+1 on his question, which white cable can you not unplug?
