autometer boost, a/f, gauge pod

alright well today i just recieved my autometer boost gauge, a/f gauge, and dual gauge pod from jegs.com. I have no idea how to install them is there anywhere i could go to get them installed? And do these gauges void the warranty? please help me out i dont know what im doing...thank you

i bought the same gauges you did, and i didnt have a problem installing them. ( 1st time installing gauges) there are lots of threads on how to do it, just search. its allot easier than you think. the gauges shouldnt void the warranty, but some dealers are pricks and will give you s*** about them.

does everything u need come with the gauges ? i just got mine today, and i was wondering how i'm supposed to tee into a vacuum line. do i need to buy a tee ? because i couldn't find one in my package

Use the line that goes from your intake manifold to the cruise control drum. Just cut the line and put your T in. This is also a good place to hook up your Blow Off Valve if so equiped.

Try This for a POD...

After you are done fitting the pod, use Bondo and sand down all the texture on both front pillars. Take them to a body shop and get them painted to match the car. Clear coat etc... It looks really great through the front window.

You can see it in the sig...:p

hmm thanks for the advice on the pod ! i'm still lost on the line tee-in..i don't have cruise control, so i don't knoe where the cruise control drum is; even if i did, i wouldn't knoe still. and i don't have a tee ! blah...i thought they would all be included. looks like i'll have to wait 'til the next life meet..
thanks for the advice tho !

There should be a line somewhere on your intake manifold.

If not you can always drill one and put a fitting in the hole.

well, i've seen a few pics of a small vacuum line that reroutes back into the manifold...only problem is not having a tee to tap the vacuum lines

Any autoparts store will have them in stock. It's just a regular vac T.
