its not good for your trani like saided18 said. but if you have to race it, shift. start by turning off our o/d, then go down to 1st. when you take off wait till you hit 6000 or 6500 rpm then shift to 2nd, repeat , when your almost out of third, you want to finaly hit your o/d button to shift up to 4th. and thats it. you get up to speed a little faster. (note) this is from a stand still.
i have an automatic my self.... but in thinking about getting a conversion to the sport auto or just plain standard.
