Autoexe

I know this has been discussed before but humor me

Where is the best place to get an autoexe grill and lip from? Do us americans generally have to wait for someone to import a bunch and sell em off one by one? And is there any difference between the DG lip and the AUTOEXE one?

A question about the autoexe stuff....if there is a difference in the DG and AUTOEXE lips, and if not, as far as i know there is no domestic maker of the grill insert............I know a guy who works with fiberglass, and if I supplied him with something he could make a mold from (the grill I purchase for example) he could crank out as many of em as I need......does anyone think this is worth looking into for these or other parts (I dont know how long each one would take him so i dont know how much they would run) or is acquiring these parts easy and cheap enough as is?

Another note, has anyone gotten the hood bonnets from Wings West? I wanna see how it looks on a car other than the wings west one.....

i got my autoexe lip and grill from this store in san jose called automotive R&D. it's a really good shop. i think the difference between the autoexe lip and the DG one is that the DG one is only a lip, added on to the bottom of the orginal one, but the Autoexe on covers the bottom half of the front bumper, looks much better, and more stable. also, the DG one is made of fiberglass, which is really easy to crack and break.

the DG one and the autoexe one looks exactly the same.. just that one is out of fibreglass and one is from utherane

For us JDM lovers...

For us JDM lovers the DG motorsports one is made of 100% Carbon Fiber. Its a beauty. Or u can get the fiberglass one from DG too but who wouldn't want a bad ass CF front lip.

Dg and Autoexe lips are the same, the only difference is the material its made out of. It depends on your taste, the paint comes out better looking with fiberglass than urethane.
