Auto up power windows

I recently installed a set of tweeters in the doors. The install was typical and uneventful. While I made sure the power windows worked before I buttoned things up, the auto-up/down does no longer works. Any thoughts? Is there a particular order the power connections have to be made? Do I have to close one eye and whistle dixie while standing on one foot?

Can you sense the frustration?

Did you reset the ecu, that'll require you to reset the auto-window updown. It may have happened when u left the battery disconnected for too long. you can reset the auto windows by pushing down window-down button until you hear a click and pulling up window-up button until you hear a click. Same has to be done to the passenger side window as well.

I generally dont disconnect the battery unless there is an amp or cap involved but anyway....that fixed it.
