Auto headlight dimming stopped working (CX-5)

Automatic headlight dimming stopped working on my 2020 GT a few days ago. I think it may be related to a sensor being dirty as I’m on a longish road trip and the car is filthy with road grime. Yeah I will eventually clean it up but for now I’d like to just clean the dirty sensor or camera, just need to know where it is located. Is it in the mirror base?

Yes, I believe that little cluster of sensors you can see from outside ... Top center of windshield by rearview mirror.

Mine will do that if too dirty or in the morning until I get the defrost going for a bit.

The only other forward camera I know of is the bottom of the Mazda radar emblem in the front grill.

The problem turned out to be that I didn’t have the headlights on Auto, doh.
