Anyhow, chips and soda will be fine. Like I said we'll try to keep the BBQ small so it won't take long to set up and cook.

Tell Dustin we're sorry he can't make it and to have fun in Vegas. We can definitely have a little get together before he heads out.

Damn I've been totally missing this thread since it started. I'm gonna request a day off for this as well. Is this an open mazda thing or an mspec only thing? If its open mazda I can try call the silver p5 with bags b/c I know he wanted to cruise and I can call my friend with his dropped 3 if he's still on the island.

Yeah, the BBQ is still on same time, same location. Well the park, not sure if we'll be using the old location or the new one we used last time.

One week warning. Time to get everything set.

Can someone make a map of the course? Nothing fancy, mabey just a copy of a tourist map with the route and stops highlighted. We'll get copies of it made and handed out at the BBQ.

Ash, do you think the T-shirts are gonna be available by next Sunday?

got an a option:
how bout' ordering some zip meals? then we dont have to set up and wait for stuff to cook and would be quicker cleaning? like we can order some rice zippys chili and chicken and some mac salad and we just split the costs? unless you guys prefer to grill!

Map Route

with the resources at work this is the best I can do the black line is going to be the route traveled, it should give you an idea of the route. i'll try to make a better one at home that includes the stops.
