At certain RPM and gear, I feel the gas paddle vibrates, is it normal?

After picked up the car yesterday I took my wife and son for a ride. Then, I noticed that the gas paddle is vibrating (just feel it on my foot) at certain rpm and gear. I guess 2008 CX-9 is not drive-by-wire system. This vibration is absent on my 04 Acura TL. Do you feel the same on your CX-9?

The CX-9 is drive by wire even though Mazda doesn't say so. All you have to do is look under the dash and you'll see the wiring harness plugged into the pedal assembly.

I've never noticed any vibration through the pedal of mine, ever. I also have a 04 TL and the CX-9 engine is actually smoother, in my opinion, than the TL engine. If you're feeling a vibration through the gas pedal but not through your left foot or the seat of your pants then you should have the dealer check out the throttle pedal.
