i pulled into a mobil gas station once and a pontiac salesman was trying to sell me the solstice outside of the dealership. i laughed at him.

Solstices got killed left and right by all kinds of Miata at the autocross last night. They seem to understeer A LOT. And one even had a modded suspension, I think.

Look at the results from the last SCCA tour then. A solstce beat one of the fastest driver car combos in CS. So they actually are pretty quick if there's not a tallentless scab driving them. ;-)

Of course with the street tires on it ya they do seem to push like hell i must say.

the general concensious I've been hearing is the Solstice is doing well in auto-x... if it wasn't for the lack of trunk, I'd rock one.

The turning radius is that of a morbidly obease person on a Rascal Scooter!!! (bike) Not to mention that they're heavy ta boot. I guess it's a good thing that they're coming out with a FI'd version to help increase it's popularity.
