Are ya'll sticking with synthetic oil?

On my last oil change though they crushed the plastic panel under my CX5 with the lift. I'm pretty pissed about that.

I assume they then replaced it?

did valve cover job on my bmw 130K, syn since day one, the cover have no sludge, looks very clean. actually my miata w/ 150K on reg. oil it is also very clean, the thing is just follow what mfg request, and change between 5-6K you should be fine, Syn can go longer but I tend to change it before 8K..

No, didn't know about it till much later. I have to try and prove they did it now.
