are mp3 and mp5 strut bars interchangable???

They should be, if the Pro 5 has ABS I believe the mount on the left side of the car needs to be modified.

im not sure but i was reading the 2002 protege performance excessory guide at the dealer. it had all the mp3 accessories. like ped.,mats,strut bar, suspension, spoiler, exaust and mp3 body kit. and it metion the strut bars were two different models for cruise and no cruise. so im guessing if you have cruise control it may be different.

The only thing different about the two strut braces is the color. If you have cruise, a bracket is needed to move the cruise control to the side so the brace can fit.

yeah if someone is willing to trade, you can do it there is no difference except for color. I orginally bought the red one for my sedan but since my sedan is red it didn't look that good so I went back and asked for a yellow one they both fit perfectly.
