Apexi cat-less down pipe?

Will the Apexi Down Pipe be a direct fit in a Regular 2002 Protege ES 2.0 liter? I wanted to order it....but wanted to make sure. I was thinking about hooking it up to my Racing beat Cat-Back exhaust.

apexi or apex? cause they are two different companies. my guess is you mean apex. i'm not sure how the header on an es routes, but my guess would be no, it would not be a direct fit since it was designed to bolt to the dp on an msp. look for photos of it installed on people's cars....you may be able to judge by that.
