Ap pro tuners

hey guys im new to the community and was wondering if anyone knows if this is a pro tuner in my area. i live in worcester MA. i got the AP and also downloaded the street tuner software i think its called . i just dont know if i should trust to bring it to a dyno and let a guy that has never seen the software tune my car
