Anyone with the new style non-adjustable HKS SSQV BOV?

I am wondering if anyone has the non adjustable HKS SSQV?
without an adjustable screw, are you guys feeling any stalling issue? or the valve being too tight and it's not blowing off properly?

ive got one, and im still running the stock bpv. the car started running like crap tho ever since i put my perrin front mount on so doubt the bov has much to do with it. its prolly the hesitation or somethin. sounds great tho nice psst. right as it blows off it has a little bit of the turkey sound but then the typical hks sound. heres a lil vid of it....ive got plenty more if you want em just ask.

Meaning you have not experienced any problem with stalling though right?

only stalling i get is when im backing up pretty fast then let off the gas. itll sometimes dip really low and almost die but thats it no other stalling issues at all.

um, that is what I do not want to deal with.

Knowing that it is not adjustable, I will pretty much be stucked when it start stalling.....

well it doesnt actually stall out the rpm's just drop really low for some reason but driving wise ive had no issues.

msfamilia - did you end up installing this? i was just given one and am not sure whether to install it or sell it....how did you make it fit properly? my friend's a mechanic and came up with a couple different options, i'm just trying to figure out what will work

No, I still haven't got the SSQV. In fact, I may not install a BOV afterall.
I basically have very minor turkey with the 2.5" hardpipe that I have so the BOV will really not do anything for me other than the pssssh sound.

However, if you want to install it, you need to have a set of hardpipe and have the SSQV adaptor welded on.

You can get away with stalling issue to run the BOV in conjunction with a BPV. Otherwise, you can also run a single BOV with the MAF relocated after the BOV.
