Anyone with stock 17s and larger tires?

Will a 225/50R17 or 235/45R17 fit without rubbing?

I think you should stick with factory size or something 215/45 cause the stock tires are just too narrow...

I have ran 225/45/17 .....235/40/17....and 245/35/17 all without rubbing with the 1.3 drop on my car.. depends on the wheel offset aswell

did you run the 225/45/17's on the stock snowflakes?

Just fyi, I had a wheel off yesterday and the stock rims on my touring are 17x6.5 with 52.5mm offset.

I'm running 215/35/18's +48 offset. No problems whatsoever. The Hankook's stick like glue too. Here is an awesome link for wheels/tires calculator.
