Anyone in Canada get flashed yet?

Anyone on here from the great white north been flashed yet? If so what dealership, pls include a location and phone # as my dealership told me I have to wait for a letter in the mail.:mad:

I'm getting mine done on Saturday at Keisweitter Mazda In Kitchener. Your dealer should just be able to download it, cause that's what mine had to do. Talk to your Mazda Dealer Service Department Manager. Tell Him the filename for download is QOAP4CO, it's available to any Mazda dealership who wants to get it. Put some pressure on him, if not, drive to Kitchener, or Toronto, or Peterborough. It's everywhere. Just keep asking until your Mazda guy gets pissed off and he'll eventually get on the horn to HQ, and get wha you want.

I'm going to Gyro Mazda tomorrow at 8 for the flash. Gyro is on Laird just south of Eglinton. I dealt with Jeremy. (416) 421-5730.

The software update is available via the Mazda Dealer Portal. So if your dealership has a very slow 'Net connection, they may have requested the CD instead. Although I couldn't confirm the file(s) size, I was told it was "pretty big".

Sorry Newf, I don't know if it was CD or downloaded. I think the latter as they only confirmed having it Wednesday, i doubt they would have got a CD that fast.
read my review in the Everything ECU thread on page 10 i think.

I am still waiting for the flash.....the dealer had problems getting the flash to work when I took it in on Wed.....they said maybe Saturday....

Anyone else get it done in the west end ?

You're in Burlington right? Take a drive to Gyro. You will have a nice test drive on the way home.
