Anybody want to meet up?

Either date is good for me .... Id rather have it during my vacation so time isnt a factor. Im off from the 1st to the 6th
 
The tenth sounds great because I'm going to half to recoperate after tonight. Happy New Years everyone.
 
GAH girlfriend says theres some dance thing that we've been scheduled to goto for the last 2 months :( It starts at 8 so I'll have to leave you guys at 7:30 :cries: someone please bring a nice digital camera
 
I say we meet up in the afternoon so we can hangout before it gets dark and then grab dinner somewhere. I've been trying to think of places to meet up but I'm drawing a blank right now. If there is anyone that has a room on campus at NCSU I might want to borrow your shower. I'm bringing my BMX and hitting some of my old riding spots before we meet up.
 
The old Pontiac place is a good idea. its the one right at the Capital Blvd./HWY440 exit right? I dont know if they have the parking lot closed off or not. I do know that they used that building for a haunted house this past halloween. I can drive over there tomorrow and check it out. There is a lot of places to eat right around there too. Capital of Cary dealership is a bad idea, some of us (like me) got their car there. I dont want any of the service guys poke'n their heads under the hood just incase it ever has to go in for work. This may not be a problem for some, but it could be for those that are modded.
 
yeah well someone suggested the pontiac place on tww, I didnt know it existed, but yeah, if its off capital blvd thats cool I could come check it out with ya tomorrow, I've got NOTHING to do tomorrow. pm me

Mazda Sports Car Club of NC is meeting Friday the 9th in Research Triangle Park. Someone else usually posts a meeting announcement here about one week beforehand...hasn't happened yet...

Anyhow, I'll wake our meeting announcement team up, and we'll make our formal announcment in the next days.

Our monthly regular meeting is usually the first Friday of the month, it has been moved to the 9th due to the holidays.

Anyone here is welcome to attend. In fact, if you want to re-schedule and join our existing meeting, you are most welcome to.

If you guys want to keep your date, our club will send an ambassador (possibly myself) to meet those of you who we already haven't met. I'm going to be in the Raleigh area that day teching cars for a track event and a few other errands and might be able to make it out.

I would recommend against RBC Center. I have connections to organizations that meet there and it isn't a good idea for "fast looking" cars to be hanging around there.

Hey! I'm brand new to the board, and just bought a blue MSP. I'm in Raleigh too, so if you guys are planning to meet on the 10th, I'd love to swing by. Anything finalized yet?

I will probably try to make the MSCCNC meet as well. I think we should keep the Saturday meet since some people may not be able to make Friday and plans have already been made. If you can do both days all the better.
