Any photographers in here?

Also attended a football match between Botafogo and Flamengo. This was a finals game at Maracana stadium. Largest stadium in the world. This is a 5 shot panoramic. What you see there is about 40,000 fans but the stadium is able to hold up to 82,000 people.

I brought a 10-22 and a 50mm 1.8 with me and I borrowed my friend's XTi. Then I brought the G11 for videoblogging.

Haha, I see that. Just been browsing your flickr. How did the 10-22 do with the XTi (as you know that's what I have) and how did you like it overall? Fully wide it didn't seem to give much distortion...

It distorts at 10mm at certain angles. I like the lens. I've had that combo for about a year before I sold the xti anyways.

the 10-22 shots are crazy in teh corners lol

I might have to break down and get me one of them lenses though. The 17-50 just isn't wide enough sometimes. Is that a USM lens?

that sunset picture is awesome.

just a tip on the wide angle shots (especially the ultra-wide ones), I usually perspective correct in photoshop to square things back up if it makes sense to.
