the trouble with wiring and the door regulators and door panels and....
you would be better off trading in cars, since the mazda does have a high resale value, just sell it and buy 1 u want.

i will trade it in but that would be in about 5 years. Dont want to trade it in now because of all the mods i already did.

well, factory door locks is going to be available, after market? Probably not for a while if ever. If I were hard up for power locks:
Find a severel totalled Mazda 3, get the wiring harness, door power lock motors, internals, and have some fun switching the harnesses one by one to each of your doors while riveting\bolting the new ones in. Oh yeah, then you have to add the fuses to the fusebox for your new goodies...lol. your hands will be bloodied, your mind will be shattered, your wallet will be empty, all to save the extra 3 seconds of unlocking a car. You are a dedicated young man.

hey, if I had the time, skill, money and most importantly the TOOLS to do a swap like that, it'd probably be a helluva lot of fun!

good luck! and fam is right, junkyards are probably the most likely source for parts in this case

I'm in process of installing the alarm system with...

door actuators to make power locks. It's not going to be easy but not too difficult if you have done any alarm installation. All you have to do is find alarm system that has power door lock feature which you can use it to control your new door actuator. I found company that sells doors actuator for less than $5.00 compared to $20.00 or more at installation places. I'll post some more info when I have those parts in.

It's probably going to be long project but you are going to save few hundres of dollars by installing it your self.

i dunno if the power locks in the 3 are that different from the 3rd gen. Pro, but it's CDN$300 to get power locks w/ keyless entry.
