any motor mount without vibes?

I keep hearing that replacing at least the rear motor mount is a wonderful thing to do, but it's always accompanied with a vibrating rear view mirror.

Are there any motor mounts that are an improvement compared to the factory MM but without mirror vibration or excess cabin vibration/noise?

This is my daily driver and occasional family car, so while I'm all for increased performance I don't want to make it uncomfortable for as a daily driver.

I have the cork sport mm inserts, and theres is a little, and I mean minor vibration (no mirror vibration) for a few hundred miles, but now even with the air on I cannot tell I have them on.

I have the Cp-e rear MM and it had "tiny" vibrations the first 1000 miles or so..now I cant tell any difference at all..feels just fine to me..nice smooth ride and no wheel hop. mines the lower durometer version..think 60.

Same here.

The SU mount even with the street bushing has some pretty good vibrations with it. They really aren't obnoxious though. They just let you know the car is on with A/C. Once you give the motor any gas at all the vibrations go away.

Did the shifting got any better w/ the 60? I'm undecided on either getting the 60 or 75. If the vibrations are minimum and shifting is improved, i will just go with the 60.

Any input on the 75 from CP-E?

I had the inserts, now a CPE.

When I installed the inserts the vibration was very slightly increased, just at startup. After a day or two I didn't notice it any more. The improvement in shifting was quite noticeable.

I replaced the inserts and stock mount with the CPE. The vibration is noticeably increased, both at startup and idling with the AC on. It's the same the rest of the time. Shift performance is about the same, perhaps very slightly better. The car feels a little more solid, handling wise, but nothing dramatic.

Between the two the inserts are the best bang for the buck and the best compromise between shifting performance and vibration.

whats ur modd? im planning swap out the insert and go for a cpe ...i have intake, tip, and bov.

I'm using a topspeed engine mount for 3 weeks now. At first you will feel the vibration when the engine fan kicks in or when the AC is on(which is not bad at all), but after the break in period, almost all the vibration is gone. I'm loving it so far, it does reduce most of the wheel hops but there's still some during a first gear hard run.

I have all 3 mounts replaced. Trans and driver side TRZ, and AWR passenger side. I felt the most vibes when I installed the TRZ driver side. When I recently installed the passenger side, it increase the vibes, so its really not bad at all. The shifting after having all 3 mounts switched out it 100% better.
