any hood scoops available for an 09 MS3?

i guess it's the same group that puts the daimond fender thingies on their car....which i totally saw on an mz3 just this morning. i died a little inside

If the aerodynamics aren't right, your hood scoop is not going to get air to flow over the IC.

I want to see a smaller, more subtle version of this on the driver's front corner as a scoop for the engine intake.

thats an interesting thought, its always tough to make a non symetrical car thing look good though

The unit would need to be bigger than just the scoop and include a "floor" that extends forward and slightly underneath. I'm actually envisioning something that would almost be flush to the hood (has to be up a little obviously) and most of the work is the opening to channel air downward. Not sure if the aerodynamics would be effective though.
