Any dealership suggestions in NoVa?

I have to take my car in for warranty service, can anyone suggest a dealer in the Northern Virginia area that they would actually trust to touch their engine? (poke)

Chris, what's up?

I've had good experiences buying my Mazdas at Brown's Fairfax, but never went in for service. I'd recommend against ANY of the Rosenthal dealerships for anything, though someone said they'd had good experiences with Rosenthal Tyson's service dept.

You may also want to post this in the MEC section (look all the way to the bottom of the index page) that's the sub-forum for all the NoVA/DC/MD folks!

How's things? Athens is great!

I did take my car to Rosenthal Arlington to have my AC fixed due to a TSB issue and had a good experience and some of the Mazda6 guys prefer them because they give less hassle to modded cars compared to some dealerships. I have heard some good things about Brown's Fairfax too, I think. silver03p5 went to Malloy Mazda when his VTCS screw came out. http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118180

Malloy = shaddy mcshaderson dealer. one of my best friends used to work there but quit shortly after starting because the managers were messed up. That and it just looks crooked.

When I was shopping for my car i was looking for a white p5, I stopped by the credit union used car sale at mason and talked with some of the people from browns. They told me that they didn't have one, but that they could repaint one if they got it in, me = (ughdance) Since then I scratched them off my reputable list. One of my close friends is a tech at Rosenthal Nissan, they seem pretty straight forward. I'm not sure how great of an answer this is, but yeah. If you find any non-shistey dealer in the area let me know!

rosenthal arlington is alright... actually have met the techs during MSCW tech sessions... seems to be a group that knows what they're doing :D

I can't argue that the Arlington techs weren't cool at the tech session, they were great, actually, but I'm having a hard time suggesting that anyone do any kind of business with any Rosenthal dealer. I've had more shady-ass experiences dealing with thier salesdrones than I have at all other dealerships combined.

Yes, I'm biased, but I have a good reason.
