well,coming back to my house tonight from getting some food, some dick head pulled out in front of me. and i slamed into the back of of his/her car then while i was thinking F@%k i just crashed my new F@%king car, this ass monkey drive's away so when i see what he did i chased his/her ass for awhile. but he had way to much of a head start and was going like 90-120mph so i called it off.now i have to go through all this s*** tomarrow to see how much it's going to cost i know that it's only going to cost me my deductable of 500$ but this s*** SUCK'S :mad: well,had to vent to someone now i'm for my baby.

well,not a lot of damage happened to my car just the front bumper is misalined and the fog light's are kind of hanging down i looked at the radiator and it does not have any leak or bend's, and i looked at it from underneath and their look's to be no frame damage."thank god" but i'll still have to take the car in to get it checked out i don't think it should take that long for them to fix.if you still have the wheel's when it's done i will still trade you.just what i need right before my birthday next tuesday.

and who knows....maybe someday a cop will pull the asshole over and nail him for multiple violations...

i wouldnt report it cuz since you hit him, they might try to blame you and you're insurance will go up, only way it would be his fault if he hit you from the side, at least thats wat isurance will say...

that's what i was thinking.they might think i caused it because i didn't report it right away,do ya'll think my insurance will go up if i don't report it.or is it eather way i'm going to get *****.

You should see how much it costs to get it fixed first of all, and then see how that compares to your deductible. Since its not that serious, you may be able to get away with paying out the deductible and not having to worry about your rates going up. I had some bad luck my first years driving (incl. a speeding ticket for going 100), and my rates haven't gone up all that much. After my first accident, my rate increase was very minimal. If it costs less to fix it yourself than pay the deductibe then obviously, fix it yourself.

I had a similar situation with my first car where some asshole pulled out in front of me. I tried to go around him and it cost me my fender. I didn't report it, because of the fact that my rates would go up, and i fixed it myself.

yes, if you report this you're insurance will go up simply because you waited to report it and its frontal damage...just get it fixed without reporting it and you will be ok, sounds like it will be cheaper to fix then a deductable, what is you're deductable? 500?

too bad you didnt get his/her plate number... Then you could have reported it. Im pretty sure if you needed proof it wasnt your fault, showing that the guy ran is a pretty good indicator. If it was your fault he would have stopped.
