Another smoking turbo question

I know these thread on this subject are getting old but i saw on ebay and looked more into wanted to know what you all MZR guys out there think. The item im talking aobut is the oil restrictor bolt for the turbo. I saw it on ebay for $30 bit much for a bolt with holes in it but im willing to try it tired of smoking I also have the PCV fix that didn't work.

Which PCV fix did you try, the one from Cobb, or the "bean" from PTP?
