Another MSP Accident

i am so ******* pissed

i was out driving tonight and as i was cruising down brady street, i came to a stop. As i look in my rear view mirror, i see a white 626 flying towards me. A split second later i get hit very hard from the rear, sending my car into the car in front of me. I pull over and get out, the dude in front of me who i hit looks at his car and takes off!!!! i am hoping a cop will come by, seeing as brady street is busy as s***, and i dont have a phone on me. nobody seems intersted to stop and say they saw it or anything. Then the lady who hit me tells me she has no insurance. ****!!!!!!!!!!!!
So she gives me all her info and i am still in a state of shock, and pain in my neck and knee. Shes all I GOTTA GO, and im like no the cops need to take statements and s***, then shes like you have my info im gone, and takes off! My rear bumper is all ****** up and hanging down, along with my custom exhaust which is hanging down and rattling like a mutherfucker. My front is all pushed bak into the car too.

what the hell do i do??????
it also seemed like a bunch of other s*** is rattling too, and my car seemed all slow and s***

WTF is up with people fleeing the scene?? That pisses me the hell off!! People that leave the scene should have their licenses suspended...assuming they had one.

No insurance doesn't necessarily mean she couldn't afford it. Maybe it wasn't her car. Maybe she was changing companies and it lapsed...No matter what the situation, take her to court. They can garnish her wages so you'll at least get what you are entitled a little at a time.

Did you stay and call the cops get the accident report anyways license plate numbers. Get both for leaving the seen and sue the s*** out of her. This whole story can happen to anyone you must wait for the cops no matter what, even everyone else left. Your insurance will normally not cover a accident unless you have a police report. I hope you got that accident report. I hate stories like this and hope it never happens to me. that sucks did you go to the hospital if not you should just for documentation for lawsuit.

Go to the sherifs department. File info about the accident. Call your insurance company. File a claim with them. Give the ladys info to your insurance company and make them do all the work for you.

I hope you got her license. SHe could have given you bum information and you definitely would have been screwed. I wonder why the guy infront of you sped off?????? You'd think he'd want to get the girl's information as well, unless he stole the damn car. But that's iffy, you shouldn't have let the girl leave the scene. She knew since she doesn't have insurance, the cops are gonna screw her over and you'd have a case. Good luck.

i went and flagged down an officer, but it was by myself
he wouldnt report it, he told me i had to go down to the station and get a report sheet:wtf
and the car in front of me took off so quick that i didnt get there plate, but i do have the girls

that b**** hit YOUR car with NO INSURANCE and FLED the scene??? wtf is that? if that **** was in fla she would have no license after that s***. not only to leave the scene of an accident but to have no insurance. thats just lovely. i would have honestly just punched her square in her face i would have been so pissed. i dont condone hitting females but a b**** that dumb just needs some reassurance. anyway, i get pissed when i hear stories like these because i got screwed like that on my second car, i had gap though. hopefully you did too incase of a total

Well we have a lot of Illegal aliens in Texas and I have seen this happen twice where what appeared to be a car of load of Non European Spanish dudes all packed in a car get hit from the rear and bolt.
Cop shows up and basically tells it like it is, "Well no ticket for you cause those damn Illegals took a hike so just feel lucky you hit them and not the other way round.
