Another happy CX7 owner

I just sign the document to my copper red awd gt cx-7 yesterday, very excited, but I do have a question that I would like fellow members to give me an opinion on, since I would not be picking it up for another week, I can still attach extended warranty to my purchase, I was wondering extended warranty is something that I should definitely consider, since it is a turbo and all. Another thing is rust proofing, I don't know if that is something I should add too?
I thank anyone who responds to this and share with me their opinion.

Welcome to the board, Extended warranty they harked on me to buy one I have a track record on selling my cars 4-5 years in so opted no. Rustproofing the only thing I would do is maybe a clear coat protection and undercoating. Nothing like those ziebart fools that drills holes in the body to inject stuff. Well, best of luck on your new CX-7

Use good oil and keep the oil changed and let it idle down after long trips and hard accel and you will not have problems with a turbo car.

personally i opted for no of the extended warranty!! congrats on you cx-7 and like mitza said use a good oil , changed in the right time and let the turbo cool down after long trips(get a turbo timer best option)

Good, I made the right choice then. I was wondering if I should get a warrenty and everyone is saying wait until the factory warrenty is about to run out.

When you say "good oil" are you referring to a specific brand or just the oil Mazda uses during the change oil service?
