"Angel Eyes" fogs

That's where I mounted them. It's the metal structural piece going along the top of that area behind the lower grille. My feeling is that is part of the bumper and I really don't see any issues with mounting something to that.

could you give some more detail instructions as to which metal part you mounted it to? maybe a picture? that would really help....
cause the only metal part I see is near the top of the airdam, and it looks like it is structural..... so i'm not sure how good it would be to drill into thta thing...

so you didn't remover your front bumper when you did it right? all you did was take out the bottom grill piece and reach your hands in? how do i take out the bottom grill piece without breaking anything?

Nope, didn't have to remove the front bumper. I put the car up on ramps, to give me plenty of room underneath to work. Then I removed the plastic ummmm lower covering. It's the piece with the vertical lip hanging down that would scrape if you went over a high speed bump or something. That gave me enough room to get in from the back side. Then I removed the lower grille. There are tabs that lock that into place from the back. You'll see them when you get under the car, with that plastic removed, and look from behind the grille. Those get bent in a little to "unlatch". There are a few spots on the grille that clip around a rod type stiffener too. Basically, you will be able to easily identify this by getting under the car and taking a good look at the back of the grille. There weren't any screws, so I just popped these tabs and worked the grille out from the back. Then I worked the rest of the time from the front.

One key suggestion is to find someone that has a right angle drill, or rent one. Without that, you will have to take off the bumper to drill the holes for the mounting brackets. Try to get as small of one as you can cuz the area to work is pretty tight. I cut a drill bit down to about 1" length and had to turn the right angle drill I rented sideways to drill my holes, but it worked out good.

Hope that helps and doesn't make it sound too complicated. It really wasn't too bad at all. Just get under there and take a good hard look at things before you tackle the project and give yourself plenty of time to allow you to work with it and have potential issues to deal with that will take time or be tedious.
