amp question

Im not quite the audio novice by any ways but I was wondering if there was a way to install a button to turn the amp power on and off inside the car. that was I can bump as i please and have it not bump when say driving the grams to her bingo palace haha. might be a dumb question but any answers would help thanks guys.

very easy to do this. Just install a switch in line with the remote wire. Then when you dont want it on you can just cut the 12v source to the remote and your amp will turn off

or just tap into a constant 12v source and have a toggle on your dash... only issue with this way is you have to turn your amps off or it will be on all the time... the way mazdaaxela stated you tap into your remote turn on signal wire so no matter what they will turn off when you turn your car off... either way is easy enough...
