airbag warning stickers?

Anyway to remove them? I tried a mild solvent and is seems they are painted. Do I have to live with looking at the ugly things?

You can get stickers to cover them up, or gag stickers that look like seatbelt stickers but say stupid crap....

Or you'd have to vinyl paint the whole shade...which would suckass...

I don't want gags but I'll have to cover them. Maybe I'll use duct tape. Are there places that sell cover stickers that aren't gags?

I just measured the seatbelt warning stickers and looked around...searched online for stickers that matched the size, or very close...I ended up with some Flag stickers from Wales...Cause I'm like 5% welsh or something...they just matched the interior well and were not audacious...

I'd like some new sun visors. The factory ones seem cheap.

I wonder if the '08.5 models with their new lighted-mirror feature would be any better as far as quality. I noticed they were pretty cheap too..but hey its friggin sun visors! They don't really work as well as good tint and good sunglasses anyway.


BTW, you could always re-cover them with your material of choice, which would make the airbag warning logos disappear. Maybe use a nice material like suede or Alcantara or similar. Should be easy for a good upholstery shop. After all these guys throw in LCD screens in places like this all the time. A re-cover should be CAKE.
