Personally I like the cold air intake better (long is what you named it). Its farthest from the the engine, so you wont be sucking in hot air. The only downfall from it is that your more prone to hydro-lock if it sucks in water when you go through a puddle. I have a Fujita cold air intake with a AEM Air bypass valve on it (the bypass valve will let water out so it wont lock your engine up). Hope this helps with your decision.
