Need help on the following items:

- Location of speed sensor wire
- Location of backup sensor wire
- What head unit cable adapter and antenna adapter should I get?
- Any suggestion where to place the GPS receiver?
- Any suggestion routing backup camera cable?
- Getting to the head unit, is it just pull the panel with the air outlet vent off under the radio?

BTW, considering Eclipse AVN4430 with TomTom navigation (I have a AVN2210p currently and really like it)

Try to do the head unit first, speakers will be my next project.

Thanks in advance.

Need help on the following items:

- Location of speed sensor wire. Dont use it. Buy an elimination kit so that you can view video at any time.
- Location of backup sensor wire. I got my signal from the reverse light in back of car.
- What head unit cable adapter and antenna adapter should I get? I used metra axxess for steering wheel control, here is the rest http://www.metraonline.com/vfg
- Any suggestion where to place the GPS receiver? Where the center speaker should be
- Any suggestion routing backup camera cable? Up through the headliner and down the a pillar. Route the reverse cable at the same time.
- Getting to the head unit, is it just pull the panel with the air outlet vent off under the radio? The vent cover, then the trim ring around the radio.

Speed Sensor Wire Location

See above

Thank you for your reply. The purpose of the speed sensor wire is for navigation unit to continue to work when GPS signal is lost temporarily (for example in a tunnel). I hooked it up on my previous car (Honda Fit) and it works pretty well. So I still appreciate any advice on the location of the speed sensor wire.
