AFS Error on 2018 CX-5

Hello,

I have recently bought a used 2018 Mazda CX-5 and noticed that I have the headlight warning on the dash. Upon reading the error code with a diagnostic tool I found the following error code - B10A4:86 - Right Swivel Acutator error. Has anyone experienced this fault and how did you get it fixed? Can I replace just this acutator/module or do I need to replace the whole headlight assembly unit?

Don’t believe you can get any parts / components for your LED headlights. You have to replace the entire LED headlight with AFS unfortunately and it’s going to be expensive.

You can try to find swivel actuator alone from overseas from AliExpress. But I doubt you can find any as the US version LED headlights with AFS aren’t popular in the rest of the world as most had switched to electronic ALH without using mechanical swivel actuator only for the US.
