AEM CAI vs. Injen CAI

Sorry for the old-timers who have been here before me that may have talked about this, but I'm debating between the two and I'd like to know what the pros and cons are from each of those two.

My friend has Injen, but only because he has an '04 RSX Type-S. He told me to keep in mind that every car is different and would react accordingly to different brands so I'm wondering what are you guys' opinions. My main question is which would give me the more hp gain? I'm expecting between 5 to 8 hp gain.
 
From reading others ..AEM will give you better midrange/top end power because the pipe diameter is a little smaller than the injen. However the injen outperforms the AEM overall in the top end (larger pipe Diameter) but you lose low/midrange.

Overall for total hp gained, I think the injen is the winner.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Ever look at the F2 intake? That's what I have and it's amazing (sounds really aggressive because it has the largest diameter piping I think, which is 3")
