I tried to order from them today. Called from work and ordered the Greddy EVO Catback. Awesome price , like $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Place the order with my credit card, tells me he sent a email for order confirmation. Hung up the phone. got home, checked E-mail, no confirmation from them, and this is 5 hours after I ordered. so I call them, I get the"let me find out what happen". Calls me back, and heres the story I get... Yeah, Greddy called me and said that they didnt have the exhaust that I tried to hold for you earlier today, I was really pissed at the(greddy), and cussed them out..yadda yadda yadda. i can get you one in mid August. UHH, ok stop there, if you knew earlier that you couldnt get the exhuast, why didnt you call me. Why is it when I just called you, you didnt have a story and had to call me back, to then tell me you got into an aurgument with Greddy. So anyway, I cancel the order and he says, ok, we didnt charge your card anyway. OK cool. So later I am thinking, hmmm, let me call the bank, yep, they charged the card. **** it, I ordered the exhuats from NipponMotorsports for $200 more and it will be here Thursday. Thats what I get for trying to save money. I'sd rather spend $200 more and get better service.
